My favorite fieldtrip would have to be KDOT. It was the most interesting field trip and it also scared me a little bit at the end. It was a good learning experience. They taught us things about different types of rock and grains as well as soil as we went on with the tour. We got to see the freeze rooms, many different rocks, and how they break them down.

The first part of the KDOT field trip was very good. We got to sight see out of a 14 story building and we got a chance to look at some blueprints. The cool thing was when a lady came to talk to us about cheating death. She taught us how to read the railroad crossing signs so we can know how many sets of trains there are. And I learned that TRAINS HIDE TRAINS!!!
